All contracting parties commit to keep all information, which is
communicated during the cooperation about the other party (parties),
especially data about customers and callers remain in unlimited
secrecy beyond the contract period.
Data can only be
passed on if it was gathered for exactly this purposes or if a
declaration of consent exists. This obligation applies identically
for all employees of the contracting parties, even beyond the job
tenure.
