The customer solutions
call & assistance operating corporation was founded on the 6th
of October 1999. The operative activities of the call center started
on the 1st of March 2000 and those of the assistance on the
1st of July 2000.
On the 15th
of July 2001 customer care solutions became a fully-fledged member of
the international assistance group association and enlarges its
activities on to an international level. So a milestone in the
international assistance presence and availability of customer care
solutions was set. On the 18th of August 2002 the S.A.R.L.
was founded founded by all partners of the international assistance
group; a subsidiary company controlling all activities of the
international assistance. With the help of S.A.R.L. the international
assistance group was able to position itself under the top 4 global
players.
On the 19th
of September customer care solution became the first Önorm D-1020
quality accredited call center in the Austrian call center history.
Customer care solutions
continuously added the international presence by taking over the
representations of Coris International (2000) and Mapfre (2002) in
Austria. At the beginning of the year 2007 the international presence
was expanded by a cooperation with Assist Card.
On the 1st of
November 2004, Customer Care Solutions launched SAFE as a completely
new assistance product, which provides the base product of a
completely new assistance product generation. In the following years
further exciting SAFE products for individuals, companies and
businessmen were developed and added to the offer.
Because of the opening
of a secondary location in Horn the number of employees reached 50 for
the first time in May 2005. |
